On-device data
Between is provided by Tardis Labs (Yuanye Ge). No account is required. Selected cities, aliases, saved pairs, time format and cached weather are stored on your device and shared with its widgets. This version has no iCloud sync, advertising, analytics SDKs or cross-app tracking.
Weather
Weather requests go to Open-Meteo with fixed coordinates for the selected city center, not your device location. The app does not request location permission or send aliases, pair names or contacts. Open-Meteo may receive your IP address and request parameters; its policy describes server logs retained for up to 90 days. Requests may be processed outside your country.
Support and website
When you email support, we receive your email address and message to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information. Cloudflare hosts this website and may process IP addresses and other connection data to operate its network. We have not added advertising or visitor analytics scripts.
Control and contact
Edit cities, aliases and saved pairs in the app and manage local app data through your operating system. System backups follow your device settings. To ask about or request deletion of information you sent to support, contact the email below. Policy changes will be posted here.
